The Annual Meeting aims at facilitating encounter and exchange of ideas and information in the field of ecumenism and missiological studies.

Besides discussion of the main theme at the meeting, the ERF provides an opportunity for young scholars, particularly doctoral and postgraduate students, to present their ongoing research.
