Personal information which you provide to the World Council of Churches (WCC) and the Ecumenical Research Forum will be used according to your oral
or written instructions in the following ways:

Registration within a network database or mailing list, in order that we may share project information with you by e-mail

Registration for an event, when information will be shared as necessary with a WCC implementing partner

Reporting to the funding partner, or back-donor, who may require lists of meeting participants, including information on church membership, and contact
information

Organisation of travel arrangements, when information will be shared with the travel agent or hotel as required to complete the service
Except for the purposes above, or to deliver other services requested by you, WCC and the Ecumenical Research Forum will not disclose any information to another
party outside the WCC, unless to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law.
Your information will also be used by WCC and the Ecumenical Research Forum in the following general ways:

Tracking involvement of representatives from member churches or others in activities

Building statistics and reports on participation in activities by gender, age, church family or other religious affiliation.
